Jason Sundance Head auditioned in Memphis and made it through to the Hollywood round. He is the son of Roy Head, who had a top 5 single with "Treat Her Right" in 1965. Jason Sundance Head was another one that seemed to be full of himself coming in there thinking that he could be the next American Idol and that the judges would be blown away by his performance. So many others have said that and then sound like complete fools and I believe were just auditioning to get their 2 minutes of shame on national television.

Honestly when I first saw Jason Sundance Head I thought for sure he was just another one from the way he talked, but I was wrong and probably a lot of others were as well. Jason Sundance Head actually blew away the judges and probably a lot of others watching. Simon said that he blew Taylor Hicks out of the water. So is he the next American Idol? I think for sure that he will be in the finals, the top 24. I bet he will even make it to the top 12 if not top 3! He's got an amazing voice and his go-T is something for people to talk about and recognize him just like they did with Taylor and his grey hair.

You not only have to be able to sing on American Idol to make it to the finals, but I believe you also have to have something else noticeable and remomarable for people vote for you. Jason Sundance Head has got the voice and also the image to be a finalist. I think that people have discovered him as a true successor of his dad.
