Top Ten American Idols Ever

American Idol boasts the largest audience in the history of the United States. It seems like everyone I’ve ever met not only watches the show, but is passionate about it. This is the beauty of American Idol. People can grab on to a specific contestant and root for them as the season progresses. They are characters in a sense, but quite unlike ones on normal TV. You can’t predict what they will do, how they will sing on a given night, or when they’ll be going home. American Idol is wholly unpredictable and, as a result, we fans grow attached.
BuddyTV’s list of top ten American Idols is great one because it is diverse and gives us all a video of each member of the list. If you had, say, forgotten how good Justin Guarini was, now you can remember. The top spot on the list is held by none other than Kelly Clarkson, who has set the bar almost impossibly high for the rest of the winning idols. Her career since the show has been an unmitigated success, surpassing any expectations that could’ve been placed on her. No one has yet achieved her heights, yet Carrie Underwood looks to be on her way.
